- Open your windows & doors – The best time to do this is early in the morning and later in the evening when the sun isn’t at full strength and it allows cool air to pass through your home and to cool down the whole area. - Turn up the thermostat – You might think that you have to keep the thermostat at a constant 21 to 22° but by just moving the thermostat of a couple of degrees, you will still feel comfortable in your home or business and it will save you a considerable amount of money when it comes to paying your electricity bill. Your home doesn’t always have to feel like a fridge in order for you to be comfortable and after a time, it will feel perfectly normal to have your thermostat at that setting all the time.
